Developed in Germany, the Garden Pump 4200 Silent from GARDENA is designed for pumping out tap water and rainwater, or for irrigating the garden. With a power consumption of only 600 watts, it is power-saving thanks to efficient hydraulics and achieves a flow rate of 4200 litres per hour at 39 metres head (3.9 bar). The pump is therefore perfect for use with a sprinkler. The garden pump is powerful and efficient at the same time. It draws water from a depth of up to eight metres. Using water reservoirs such as wells, rain barrels or cisterns is an effective way to save valuable fresh water. Especially in dry summers, this cost saving is noticeable and benefits both the wallet and the environment. The 4200 Silent is fairly quiet with a maximum noise level of just XX dB(A) sound pressure in 5m distance. The lower volume is achieved by the noise-reducing plastic housing. The rubber feet ensure low-vibration operation and a firm stand on the ground. The power switch is easily accessible and can also be conveniently operated with a foot. Thanks to its weather resistance, the electric pump is able to remain outdoors for the entire garden season in high humidity conditions, continuous rain or even harsh sunshine. For a short and efficient route, it is therefore a good idea to position the pump directly at the water source. The ergonomic handle eases the transport to the place of use. The pump has ceramic seals, a stainless steel shaft and a double sealing system between the motor and the pump drive. The large filling opening makes it easy to fill the pump, while the drain valve is used for quick emptying. Draining water protects the unit from frost damage.
